True love does not seek to possess, for 'love is sufficient unto love'. When Nandini (Aishwarya Rai), falls in love with Sameer (Salman Khan), little does she dream that she would marry another man, Vanraj (Ajay Devgan), because her father has accepted his proposal for marriage with Nandini. When Vanraj learns of his wifes love for another man, he is not jealous. He sets out to find his wifes true love. It is a long and arduous journey. A journey during which Nandini learns what true love is. Pain, sorrow, giving up and acceptance. Love is in giving, and giving all.
